Eric Engelmann, President & Chief Executive Officer (Founder)
Eric is the managing director of Geonetric, working hands-on with clients, prospects and the entire Geonetric
team to uncover innovative online solutions for the healthcare industry. Providing both a vision and a
direction for the company, Mr. Engelmann's extensive business skills and foresight has built the Geonetric
team into a flourishing, 7 year old enterprise.
Eric closely follows trends in eHealth and online
technologies, transferring his knowledge of cross-industry solutions to organizations including, Norton
Healthcare, Memorial Hospital and Health System, Adventist Health System, Genesis Medical Center and National
Jewish and Medical Research Center. His expertise focuses on the facilitation of communication between the
healthcare community and the health consumer. Eric holds a BA in Business Administration from The University
of Iowa and is a member of multiple organizations including the Technology Association of Iowa, the Healthcare
Strategists Forum and the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society.

Ben Dillon, MBA, Vice President & Corporate Evangelist
Ben is a co-owner of Geonetric and serves as a thought leader for Geonetric's prospects and clients. He writes and
speaks extensively about Geonetric's research in eHealth and the industry-leading efforts of its clients. As our
onsite HIPAA expert, Ben stays current on changing laws and works with a quality analyst and certified security
expert to ensure compliance.
With 12 years of professional experience in information technology, business and healthcare, Ben has helped lead
Geonetric through its rapid growth. Prior to working at Geonetric, Ben worked in business process re-engineering
and enterprise software development with top-tier organizations including University of Iowa Healthcare and the
Michigan Insurance Bureau. He holds a BSE in Computer Engineering from The University of Michigan and an MBA in
eBusiness and Strategic Management from The University of Iowa. Ben is co-chair of the HIMSS (the Healthcare
Information Management Systems Society) eHealth Special Interest Group and a member of the Microsoft Healthcare
Users Group and SHSMD (the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development). He has been a judge of the
eHealth Leadership Awards for the past five years.

Sandra Fancher, PMP, Vice President of Operations
Sandra works vigilantly with Geonetric's clients, overseeing and managing every detail of their initiatives and
innovations, from kickoff through launch. With over a decade of experience, Ms. Fancher has been leading the
development team to create new technologies and methods for optimizing engagements, including product planning,
project management, quality and coding standards.
She is a certified Project Management Professional and has been a member of the Geonetric team since 2002. Sandra
is a leading contributor to the long-term success of initiatives, including such clients as Norton Healthcare,
Genesis Health System and National Jewish Medical and Research Center. She is a member of the Project Management
Institute of Cedar Rapids and holds a BS in Business and Marketing from Northwest Missouri State.

Linda Barnes, MBA, Vice President of Business Development
Linda brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, management, marketing and communications
to Geonetric's leadership team. Ms. Barnes works closely with clients to provide overall
strategic direction for their online initiatives, helping them develop and successfully execute long-term,
actionable Web strategies that align with their marketing and organizational goals. She supervises the data
analyst team to help clients understand, measure and communicate the value of their online investments. Linda's
responsibilities also include management of Geonetric's sales and marketing teams, ensuring a seamless and
efficient transition from prospect to client.
Ms. Barnes was previously employed by Alliant Energy, where she was responsible for managing Web applications
and employee communications. Prior to that, she led project management and strategic planning teams for a local
Web development company. Linda holds a BA in Business Administration from William Penn College and an MBA, with
an emphasis in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She
is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and is a Lean Six Sigma Certified Green
Belt.

Eric George, eBusiness Strategist
Eric works with hospitals and health systems to help identify their online needs and understand the way they
approach eHealth initiatives. He is always eager to demonstrate how Geonetric products and services help
hospitals meet the high expectations of their site visitors.
Eric brings 10 years of sales, customer service and management experience to Geonetric as our newest
eBusiness Strategist. With experience leading business development initiatives at both LimoLink and
Decisionmark (where he was employee of the year in 2004!), Eric brings fresh ideas and new approaches to
our team. He has a BA in Communications from Wartburg College and an MS from Western Illinois University in
Sports Management.
